Monthly Memberships:
If you subscribe to our Monthly tuition membership, you may cancel your membership by giving 30 days notice from the last payment date. In order to cancel your membership we require written notice of cancellation to be sent to us via email to enquiries@martialartslessons.co.uk You can cancel your membership by speaking to a member of staff, however we ask that you also provide written confirmation.
Annual Memberships:
Our annual tuition memberships are a 12 month membership and as such there are no cancellations allowed prior to the end date of your membership. Should you decide to terminate your membership prior to this date no refunds will be given.
If you decide not to continue with your membership after your 12 month period is over, we require 30 days notice prior to the end date of your membership in order to terminate your membership. We require written notice of your cancellation request to be sent to us via email to enquiries@martialartslessons.co.uk. You can also cancel your membership by speaking to a member of staff, however we ask that you also provide written confirmation.
Freezing your membership:
Monthly Memberships:
If you are on our monthly tuition membership we offer the ability to be able to “freeze” your membership for a MINIMUM period of 2 months. We require 30 days notice from the last payment date, to be able to amend and “freeze” the membership. “Freezing” your membership is only available once in any 12 month period. Annual Memberships:
If you have chosen our annual tuition membership, it is not possible to “freeze” your membership unless you are unable to reasonably access the club in the these circumstances you must provide a letter from your doctor to prove that you have been advised not to attend the club for the foreseeable future for a medical reason. In which case we will be able to “freeze” your membership for the period of time which you will be unable to access the club. Direct Debits:
All direct debits for monthly tuition memberships are set up to be debited on the 1st of each month (this is non negotiable).
Failed payments will automatically be retried. If the payment fails more than 3 times this may incur a £5 admin fee, you will be contacted to discuss this further. If you are struggling to make the payment please contact us by email on enquiries@martialartslessons.co.uk or call 07717 116115 to discuss further.
Any cancelled Direct Debits without prior agreement with us will incur a £5 admin fee per member to reset.
If you wish to change the bank details your direct debit is debited from please contact us as soon as possible by email on enquiries@martialartslessons.co.uk or call us on 07717 116115. This needs to be done at least 5 working days before the next payment date is due..
