Over the last two decade we’ve grown massively. We have thousands of members and multiple clubs across four counties and several cities. But the one thing that has remained the same is our commitment to being a force for positive change.
Our instructors are key to our unique culture. We pride ourselves on creating an atmosphere that is nurturing, focused, and welcoming to make all our members feel comfortable and at ease. They create an environment that all members actively want to be a part of.

We’re very proud of our in-house instructor training programme, Martial Arts University. Every member of our instructor team has been through this comprehensive programme that builds character and team spirit like no other.

My dad was an instructor and he always encouraged me to become an instructor. The training through the Martial Arts University gave me the opportunity to take my experience and put it into practice. For me the biggest benefit has been to my communications skills and being able to teach my students. Before the Martial Arts University I couldn’t stand up and speak in front of people. I’ve always love martial arts and I love being an instructor. It’s a bit of a running joke in my house that marital arts come before my kids, family or even food.
