Mighty Monkeys Once per week. TKD and KB recommended twice per week.
The length of classes is outlined below:
Mighty Monkeys 35 minutes,
Foundation TKD (white to brown belt) 45 minutes,
Intermediate TKD (white/yellow belt to green belt) 50 minutes,
Advanced TKD (green/blue belt+) 55 minutes
Kickboxing 55 Minutes
