Proaction Martial Arts & Fitness is proud to announce that its 2026 Annual Awards Evening raised an incredible £5,000 for two vital charity partners: ServiceSix, supporting mental health in Northamptonshire, and The Amani School (CSPA) in Durba, Democratic Republic of Congo, providing access to education for children in need.
Held on 7th February at Franklin’s Gardens, Northampton, the evening celebrated achievements across our martial arts programmes, including Taekwon-Do, Kickboxing, and our children’s Mighty Monkeys classes. More than an awards ceremony, the event highlighted the values we instil in every student: confidence, resilience, community, and leadership.
Tom and Jas Nicholson, Directors of Proaction Martial Arts, said:
“Raising £5,000 is a huge achievement and reflects the generosity of our Proaction community. Together, we’ve been able to extend our impact far beyond the training mats, supporting both mental health and education initiatives.”
We’d like to thank our headline sponsor, Wilson Browne Solicitors, all local businesses who donated raffle prizes, and every student and family member who attended. Their support directly benefits the lives of young people locally and internationally.
Proaction Martial Arts operates a growing network of clubs across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and the wider East Midlands, offering programmes designed to develop physical skills while fostering emotional wellbeing.
